Terms and Conditions:

Payment and liabilities

• Kindly ensure you collect your registration form and invoice (bill) duly filed in.
• The company is not liable for claims made against any payment / excess payment made to employees without a valid filled member registration form and invoice issued by YLG.
• Payment can be made through cash / credit card / debit card / cheque.
• Kindly hand over cheques to the GRE / Store Manager at your YLG Salon against a valid receipt only.
• A member needs to carry her membership card to avail of the membership offers.
• YLG has the right to bill menu rates for members who visit the salon without the membership card.
• YLG is obliged to provide a bill for every service availed anytime by the member, even if no payment is due for a visit.

Membership usage terms

• No refund will be given once a payment has been made.
• Upgrade to a scheme with higher amount than the current scheme is allowed.
• Please contact the salon manager for details.
• Any disputes will be exclusively under the jurisdiction of the Bangalore High Court.
• Kindly contact our Customer Care Cell (43550062) for any complaints.
• YLG reserves the right of service and can cancel membership at its discretion.
• Prior appointment is mandatory for any service scheduling.
• All appointments have to be booked only at the front desk/ through telephone to the salon number printed on the brochures.
• Members are not allowed to directly call employees / stylists.
• Membership is non Transferable.
• Company will issue membership card to the member within the 14 days of the customer providing a recent color passport size photograph.
• Membership will be activated within 48 hours of receipt of the payment and receipt of the agreement form duly filled in.
• Membership is valid for 1 year from the day of activation.
• Only services covered under the membership scheme subscribed will be unlimited usage.
• The member will need to pay normal prices for all other services unless covered by a special promotional offer – the Add-on smart packs.
• Non members cannot use membership cards for service.
• Company has full discretion to change the terms and conditions, and membership schemes without advance notice.

• All Add-on Smart Packs are valid for 1 year from the date of buying the same, and the price is valid only when combined with My Smart Pack.

Membership Extension Usage

• Memberships will be extended for Annual Memberships only
• Membership will be blocked on customers’ request and the process takes 7 working days to complete.
• Services as part of the membership cannot be availed when the membership is blocked.
• Any services availed when the membership is blocked has to be paid for at the Menu Price
• Right for blocking the membership is reserved by the management of YLG Salon and Spa only
• Services can be blocked only TWICE during the tenure of the membership only for Annual Memberships
• Service extension will be provided only for a minimum of 30 days and maximum of 90 days (Request for extension below 30 days will not be entertained.)
• The management reserves the right to terminate membership anytime during the tenure of the membership. Any balance amount will be refunded after deducting the full value of services used by the member as on date of termination.
• Members should agree that they will follow company procedures in case the company requires members to give ID proof, For Example: Biometric Signature in case of using membership privileges.
